Investigations & Incident Management Experience
Positive Me have extensive experience in specialist investigations including undertaking administrative, criminal, and NDIS investigations. We have over 25 years experience in completing complex and protracted investigations in relation to code of conduct breaches, worker safety incidents, child safety, and abuse and neglect matters, having achieved many successful outcomes.
We have experience supporting large and small organisations to deliver appropriate investigations frameworks and identify improvements to systems and processes to align with legislation and standards. In particular, we have developed and supported the implementation of incident management policy and process to ensure organisations provide consistent, safe, and best practice responses to client and staff incidents, without impacting quality service provision.
